Bastard's Fate
The sixth numbered studio album by Oblachny Kray, recorded in autumn 1984 in Leningrad at Andrei Tropillo studio in the House of Young Technicians. The first album recorded on professional multi-channel equipment and the only release without keyboards; featuring Bogaev (vocals, guitar, bass), Budnik (vocals), and Guberman (drums). Sound engineer Tropillo described the music as red metal and stated the group had no equivalents in the USSR; the album spread widely through underground tape networks.
