One of the founding members of the band — he lived next door to Sergey Bogayov in Arkhangelsk. Vocalist and drummer. When Sergey had just turned 21, Oleg was 17 — he was the youngest member of the original lineup. He performed vocals and played drums on all of the band's early albums, from 'Bolshoye Zhelezo' (1978) to 'Stremya i Lyudi' (1985). His voice became the signature sound of the band's Arkhangelsk period. After the band relocated to Leningrad, he continued to participate in recordings and concerts. He delivered a brilliant performance at the Podolsk Rock Festival (1987). He sang on the albums 'Svobody zakhoteli?' (1990) and '1991'. Alexander Gradsky highly praised Rautkin's vocal abilities and personally mentored him as a vocal coach.
