Monster Attack on the Biped Individual
Stirrup and People · 1985 · Track 5
You will stop smiling,
When it overwhelms you.
And when you grow tired of screaming,
It will carefully cleave your skull open.
It will crawl right up to your neck
Into your thoughts and hopes.
Shreds of bloodstained clothing
Will fall to the ground.
Your kind, peaceful mouth
It will mutilate with its claws,
And your talkative tongue
It will nail to your forehead.
The fierce monster, the bloody monster
Relentlessly creeps in.
First the left, then the right—
It gnaws off both your fingers.
You were honest, you were pure
And never used force.
You were a staunch pacifist,
But they gnawed off your symbol.
